a reality for people with disabilities. Through HOYO, disability advocacy
organizations, government housing agencies, realtors, private lenders
and others join forces to help people with disabilities turn what once

Heights Redevelopment Council - The Independence Heights Redevelopment
Council is comprised of individuals representing various organizations,
agencies and groups throughout Independence Heights. We work to preserve
the historical and cultural aspects of the community as well as spearhead
various revitalization projects.
